Boars Nest Country Band offers a varied country and new-country repertoire: an entertaining live show featuring the sounds of major country artists such as Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, Shania Twain, Tammy Wynette, Carlene Carter, Keith Urban and Kevin Fowler, together with more recent performers and songwriters from the contemporary country scene.

It is an enjoyable journey through the music of the United States, also known as country and western or country-western. The style grew from popular forms of American music developed in the southern United States, shaped by southern traditional music with fiddle and banjo, also called Old-Time Music, traditional duos and the folk music of Anglo-Irish immigrants.
